How do I sign up with your online ordering system?
Please use the Sign Up button and fill out the form. Once we receive your application, you will get a call/email containing our vision and we will let you know if we require any more information to finalize your system.
How long does is take to get my business online?
Our service is fully customized for your business, meaning that we will personalize the system to reflect your business identity. For that reason it might take us up to 7 days to get your system online.
Can I cancel anytime, is there any cancellation fees?
You can cancel anytime and there is no cancellation fees. Please keep in mind that we will not be able to refund any setup fees paid nor any remaining amount for any month if your subscription was billed Annually.
How can I receive Orders placed by my customers?
You will need a 7-10 inch Android or Ios tablet. We will install the receiving app on your tablet. The receiving app is very simple to use and clear.
How do my customer pay for orders?
You can choose to accept online credit card payments as well as your customers can pay upon pickup or delivery. Please note that you will need to setup a (Stripe) account in order to receive online payments. Please note that we are not responsible for credit card processing fees as these fees will be deducted directly by Stripe.
How do I pay you if I choose the commission plan?
Our commission plan based on the gross amount the customer pay per order. We will calculate the number of orders every month and will send you an invoice that you can pay online or by cheque if you are a Canadian Business.
